About therapy

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or looking for support? Tired of feeling anxious, low or tense?

Private therapy offers you the chance to explore your challenges with someone who is independent and non-judgemental

I am the Founder and Director of Vitus Wellbeing and am pleased to have an expert team of specialist Psychotherapists working with me. If I can't help you personally, I'd be happy to match you with another therapist who can. Our highly sought-after team are skilled in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

I work with:

Anger, anxiety, abuse (adult, child, sexual, domestic, physical, financial, emotional), bereavement, bullying, career dilemmas, depression, dream interpretations, exam stress, family struggles, high-achievers, identity crises, ill-health, infertility or pregnancy complications, low self-esteem or confidence, relationship difficulties (whether romantic, professional or friendships), sexual difficulties, stress, trauma and feeling lost in life or without direction

I work on a one-to-one basis with adults and adolescents (of secondary-school-age and above) from

Vitus Wellbeing's suite of therapy rooms in South West London (Fulham / Putney). I also see clients online via Zoom. I work with absolute discretion and respect for you and your difficulties and am sensitive to the concerns of high-profile clients or those in the public eye.

Alongside my own practice, I currently consult for the leading healthcare provider, HCA, and Google.

I've previously consulted for The Priory (in their Wellbeing Centres and Hospitals) and the NHS.

As an integrative therapist, I draw upon teachings and ideas from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness. I adapt my work to suit your needs.

Therapy can be long-term, short-term or open-ended, depending upon your goals, your time commitments and your budget. Therapy sessions usually take place once a week, at the same time each week, for 50 minutes

Finding the right therapist isn't always easy.

Meet Carly

As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, I've worked within private mental health organisations, corporations and the NHS.

I currently work on a one-to-one basis with adults and adolescents through my private mental health clinic, Vitus Wellbeing. I also consult for leading healthcare provider, HCA, and Google.

I see a limited caseload of my own clients and am proud to manage a specialist team of psychotherapists with expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

I grew up in Devon and moved to London in 2012. After completing counselling training with The Open University and The Minster Centre, I completed a MSc in Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Greenwich, London and have continued to train and further develop my knowledge since.

I launched Vitus Wellbeing in 2021 - bringing together a specialist team of sought-after Psychotherapists to treat those struggling with their mental health. With my significant sector-wide experience, I've created a clinic that puts client-care first and really enables children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to work-through their challenges and live happier, healthier, more authentic lives.

We don't just treat the symptoms of poor mental health; we dig deeper to identify, understand and heal the root causes of any unease; bringing about long-lasting change.
