About therapy
Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or looking for support? Tired of feeling anxious, low or tense?
Private therapy offers you the chance to explore your challenges with someone who is independent and non-judgemental

I am the Founder and Director of Vitus Wellbeing and am pleased to have an expert team of specialist Psychotherapists working with me. If I can't help you personally, I'd be happy to match you with another therapist who can. Our highly sought-after team are skilled in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.

I work with:
Anger, anxiety, abuse (adult, child, sexual, domestic, physical, financial, emotional), bereavement, bullying, career dilemmas, depression, dream interpretations, exam stress, family struggles, identity crises, ill-health, infertility or pregnancy complications, low self-esteem or confidence, relationship difficulties (whether romantic, professional or friendships), sexual difficulties, stress, trauma and feeling lost in life or without direction

I work on a one-to-one basis with adults and adolescents (of secondary-school-age and above) from Vitus Wellbeing's suite of therapy rooms in South West London (Fulham / Putney). I also see clients online via Zoom. I work with absolute discretion and respect for you and your difficulties.

Alongside my own practice, I consult for the Priory Wellbeing Centre in Harley Street and for the Priory Hospital in Roehampton
As an integrative therapist, I use psychodynamic, person centred and CBT theory and techniques to best support you and your needs

Therapy can be long-term, short-term or open-ended, depending upon your goals, your time commitments and your budget. Therapy sessions usually take place once a week, at the same time each week, for 50 minutes

Finding the right therapist isn't always easy

Meet Carly
As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, I've worked within private mental health organisations and the NHS. I now work on a one-to-one basis with adults and adolescents through my company, Vitus Wellbeing. I see clients face-to-face in South West London (Fulham, SW6) and online via Zoom. I am proud to run Vitus Wellbeing and to manage a specialist team of psychotherapists with expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in need

I grew up in Devon and moved to London in 2012. After completing counselling training with The Open University and The Minster Centre, I completed a MSc in Therapeutic Counselling at the University of Greenwich, London and have continued to train and further develop my knowledge since

I launched Vitus Wellbeing in 2021, when the Nation's mental health was facing a steep decline amidst the coronavirus pandemic. We now have an expert team of highly qualified psychotherapists on board and are pleased to offer a matching service - matching you to the therapist we believe to be the best fit for your needs. Within our first year of business, we've been thrilled to be named as a Finalist in the 2022 StartUp Awards.
